The Vertical Laminar Air Flow Cabinet is designed to provide a clean, particle-free working environment for sensitive laboratory and industrial applications. The working table is made of heavy-gauge stainless steel sheet, ensuring durability, hygiene, and resistance to corrosion. The outer body is available in wooden Sunmica finish, Mild Steel epoxy painted, or Stainless Steel, as per customer requirement.
The unit is fitted with a UV germicidal tube and fluorescent lighting, along with a pressure manometer for monitoring filter condition. Air drawn through the pre-filter is passed through a highly efficient Mini-pleat HEPA / ULPA filter with an efficiency of 99.99%, capable of retaining airborne particles of 0.3 micron and larger, ensuring a sterile working zone.
A statically and dynamically balanced heavy-duty motor ensures uniform airflow with minimum noise levels. For safe operation, interlocking between the UV germicidal tube and fluorescent tube is provided. The cabinet operates on a 220/230 Volt AC power supply.
