Autoclave Horizontal Rectangular
This triple-walled vertical autoclave is designed for efficient and safe steam sterilization in laboratories, hospitals, and research facilities. Both the inner chamber and outer body are made of high-grade stainless steel, hydraulically tested up to 40 psi for maximum safety and durability. The unit is equipped with a pressure gauge, automatic pressure switch, safety valve, steam release valve, and vacuum breaker for controlled steam injection and exhaust.
A separate stainless steel boiler ensures consistent steam generation, while the automatic low water cut-off device protects the system from dry heating. Sterilization is precisely managed using a digital temperature controller and timer, achieving a standard sterilizing temperature of 121°C at 17–22 psi pressure. The autoclave is mounted on a heavy-duty balanced frame and supplied with a neoprene rubber gasket for leak-proof operation.
