The COD Digestion System is an efficient high-performance instrument for digesting chemical oxygen demand samples. It provides for consistent heating, accurate digital temperature control, and other built-in safety features-eliminating guesswork and at the same time providing a consistently high standard of result in marine and wastewater testing. It is best-suited for laboratories, research centers, and water treatment facilities.
- Outer cabinet is made of mild steel duly powder coated.
- Aluminum Block is heated to maintain temperature up to 180° C.
- Selectable timer up to 120 min/h alarm is provided to set the digestion period (Re?uxing).
- Supplied with 15 sets of Glassware (15 Nos. COD Tubes & 15 Nos. Air Condensers).
- After digestion, analyse the sample with titrimetric method. (without chemicals and accessories for Titration).
- Double wall construction with insulation for minimum heat losses increases the efficiency of the system.
- Aluminum Block with holes (Dimension 38 mm Diameter x 76 mm Depth) is used to hold 15 Nos COD tubes.
- Solid state Digital Temperature Controller, appropriate heater & insulation selection assure uniformity in all the samples.
