Crucible Retort Ring
Precision Thermal Mounting for Industrial Grade Distillation by PSAW INDIA
Advanced Heat-Resistant Support Systems
In the intense environment of high-temperature chemistry, the Crucible Retort Ring is an indispensable tool for securing glassware and crucibles during heating cycles. Our rings are specifically designed to withstand direct flame contact without expansion or structural fatigue. As a leading Laboratory Equipment Manufacturer in india, PSAW India manufactures these with high-tensile steel and cast iron variants to provide a secure grip on retort vessels.
Research centers in the United Kingdom utilize our retort rings for traditional distillation setups where structural rigidity is non-negotiable. Our expertise as a Science lab equipment manufacturer ensures that each ring is perfectly circular and balanced, preventing accidents during the heating of volatile compounds.
Precision Exports to Vietnam
As the Best Laboratory Equipment Manufacturers in India, we provide high-quality furnace supports to Vietnam's burgeoning industrial labs. The crucible rings are often paired with high-performance Chemistry Lab products in india, offering a stable platform for clay triangles and wire gauzes. Our rings are available with or without a clamp, depending on the user's specific retort assembly requirements.
Structural Research in South Korea
In the advanced materials laboratories of South Korea, precision is the priority. Our rings are used as the foundation for Physics Lab Equipment in india, helping researchers maintain a fixed vertical position for heating experiments. We are recognized as Scientific Instruments Manufacturers who specialize in customized mounting solutions for unusual flask geometries.
TECHNICAL PRODUCT TREE
Standardizing Safety in Italy
Our expansion into Italy is driven by our compliance with strict safety regulations. We are a Lab Testing Equipment manufacturer in india that uses anti-corrosive powder coatings that do not emit toxic fumes when heated. This makes our rings safer for indoor laboratory use in confined university spaces.
Educational Excellence in Singapore
In Singapore's science centers, our retort rings are a staple for Education School Equipments. They are simple to use, incredibly durable, and fit all standard laboratory support stands. Their heavy-duty design ensures that students can conduct experiments safely for years without the equipment needing replacement.
Production Metallurgy
Our rings are forged from high-heat alloys that maintain their circular integrity even at 800°C, ensuring vessels never slip during experiments.
Technical Guidance
Which size ring should I use for a 250ml flask?
A 3-inch (75mm) diameter ring is usually optimal for standard 250ml Erlenmeyer flasks and crucibles.
Can these be used with heating mantles?
Yes, they are designed to fit around heating mantles to provide additional lateral support for tall distillation columns.

Crucible Retort Ring
The 3-point crucible clamp is designed for secure and precise clamping of crucibles during laboratory heating processes. Its ring features three guide sleeves pointing toward the center, allowing the clamping rods inside the sleeves to be adjusted or scrolled to fit different crucible sizes.
This clamp is ideal for heating substances over a gas flame, providing stability and safety. It can accommodate crucibles from 0–70 mm and is also suitable for platinum crucibles. The clamp is compatible with support stands or tripods, allowing the distance between the gas flame and crucible bottom to be easily adjusted for controlled heating.
