The Dispensing Booth is a specialized laminar flow filtration cabin designed for safe dispensing, sampling, and weighing of powders and chemicals in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and chemical industries. These units operate on the reverse laminar airflow principle, ensuring complete protection for the operator, product/sample, and surrounding environment.
The booth is generally fabricated from high-quality stainless steel and is equipped with a three-stage filtration system comprising a 10µ pre-filter, intermediate filter, and 0.3µ HEPA filter. This filtration assembly, powered by a motor-blower unit, ensures efficient removal of airborne particles and containment of dust. Magnehelic gauges are provided to monitor the pressure drop across the HEPA filter, while pre-filters are washable, reducing maintenance costs.
The Dispensing Booth is designed for controlled and contamination-free operations, meeting the stringent requirements of cleanroom and GMP environments.
