CONSTRUCTION DETAILS:
- The inner, outer chamber & LID to be made of Heavy gauge Stainless steel 304 grade sheet
- Radial Locking arrangement for the lid.
- Pressure is adjustable 10 to 30 PSI, factory set at 15 PSI & can be set at any temp.
- Power: Operate 220V, Single phase 50 Cycles.
Mode of Heating:
- Electrically heated by special flange type/immersion type heaters bearing ISI mark, to work on 220 volts single phase 50 cycles.

- Double safety radial locking arrangement.

Automatic Pressure Control Switch:
- This device controls the pressure inside the chamber mechanically and cuts-off the current from the heating elements, when the desired/ set pressure value level is attained inside the chamber and restarts the mechanism once the pressure inside the chamber falls from the desired level.
- Automatic low Water Cut-off Device: This device is a safety device which protects heaters from running dry. This device ensures that the machine is automatically switched off in case the desired water level falls below the prescribed level.
- Complete Automatic Purging/Timer/Temp. system.
- Operation: Fully automatic cycle begins at the press of start button.

Air purging cycle:
- The valve automatically shut after steam pressure builds up.
- An Inbuilt timer which is operator programmable can be adjusted as per Sterilization load requirement. The timer operates at the moment, when the required sterilization temperature and pressure is achieved and precisely maintains the required time.
