Laminar Air Flow Cabinet Horizontal
The Laminar Air Flow Cabinet is designed to provide particle-free, clean air to meet Class 100 (ISO Class 5) conditions, ensuring a sterile and contamination-free working environment. The cabinet is fabricated from a thick board structure, finished with Sunmica / Mild Steel epoxy paint / Stainless Steel, offering durability and long-term reliability.
The working table is made of thick board with a stainless steel top, providing a hygienic and corrosion-resistant surface. Side panels and the front door are constructed from thick transparent Plexi-glass, allowing clear visibility of operations. The unit is equipped with a pre-filter and HEPA filter, ensuring efficient removal of airborne particles.
A statically and dynamically balanced blower and motor assembly with a heavy-duty motor ensures uniform airflow with minimum noise levels. The cabinet features interlocking between the UV germicidal tube and fluorescent tube for safe operation. The working area is brightly illuminated by fluorescent lighting fitted inside the unit.
The cabinet is supplied with a stainless steel table, pressure manometer, built-in UV and fluorescent tubes, gas cock, and other standard accessories. It operates on a 220/230 Volt AC power supply.
