Laminar Air Flow Cabinet Vertical
The Laminar Air Flow Cabinet is engineered to deliver particle-free air that meets Class 100 (ISO Class 5) clean air conditions, making it ideal for sterile and contamination-controlled laboratory environments. The cabinet is fabricated from a thick board structure, finished in Sunmica / Mild Steel epoxy paint / Stainless Steel, ensuring durability and long service life.
The working table is made of thick board with a stainless steel top, providing a hygienic and corrosion-resistant surface. Side panels and the front door are constructed from thick transparent Plexi-glass, allowing clear visibility of the working area. The unit is fitted with a pre-filter and a high-efficiency HEPA filter for effective removal of airborne contaminants.
A statically and dynamically balanced blower and motor assembly with a heavy-duty motor ensures uniform airflow with minimum noise levels. For operational safety, interlocking between the UV germicidal tube and fluorescent tube is provided. The working area is brightly illuminated by fluorescent lighting fitted within the unit.
The cabinet is supplied with an SS table, pressure manometer, built-in UV and fluorescent tubes, gas cock, and other standard accessories. It operates on a 220/230 Volt AC power supply.
