Rotary Vacuum Evaporator
This Rotary Vacuum Evaporator is designed for efficient and controlled solvent evaporation under reduced pressure. The unit consists of a pear-shaped evaporating flask rotated by a heavy-duty motor inside a heating water bath, providing a large surface area for rapid evaporation. Rotation prevents foaming, bumping, and solvent loss during distillation.
The system is equipped with a speed regulator for fine adjustment of rotation speed and a digital temperature controller to ensure precise heating control. The evaporating flask is securely clamped to a glass vapor duct passing through the drive unit into a high-efficiency condenser, which is fitted with standard joints at both top and bottom for easy attachment of the receiver flask.
A quick-action jack allows smooth height adjustment of the flask. The unit supports vacuum distillation under controlled atmosphere and has a capacity of 1.0 liter. Operates on 220/230V AC, 50 Hz, making it ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical, and research laboratories.
