Water Bath Rectangular Double Walled
This Double Walled Serological Water Bath is designed for uniform heating and reliable temperature control for routine laboratory applications. The inner chamber is made of SS 304 grade stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, hygiene, and long service life. The outer body is constructed from mild steel with powder coating or stainless steel, providing strength and an attractive, durable finish.
The space between the inner and outer walls is filled with high-quality glass wool insulation, minimizing heat loss and improving energy efficiency. The inner chamber is fitted with an immersion type heating element, which ensures fast heating and uniform temperature distribution across the bath.
Temperature is regulated by a hydraulic capillary thermostat, allowing smooth control from ambient to 100°C with an accuracy of ±1°C, making it suitable for serological, incubation, and general laboratory heating tasks. The unit operates on a 220/230 Volt AC power supply, ensuring compatibility with standard laboratory electrical systems. Multiple circular holes are provided on the top surface for convenient placement of test tubes, flasks, or bottles.
